Our Story
How would you like to hang out in a place that makes you feel good, surrounded by local handmade art and inspiring people? How would you like to have a painting experience that will make you feel better than you have in weeks? If so, come spend time in the Art Lounge at Dazed & Reused Studio, located in Tacoma, Washington on Broadway.
Our Art Lounge is one-of-a-kind. You can paint by the hour, using our art supplies while relaxing in an artistic, inspiring space. You can choose from one of over 80 art workshops and get personalized, fun instruction. You will be surrounded by a wider variety of arts and crafts than you can imagine, most of which are available to buy and take home for yourself. Just relax on your tablet in a creative environment, while listening to retro music.
We are a unique paint and sip studio…an inspiring hybrid of a shop where you can buy art, make art, look at art, learn art, and socialize. You have to walk in our doors to experience the energy that is here.

Schedule a Private Art Event: We offer private art events outside our business hours. We require your party to have enough people in it to spend a minimum of $200 on the workshop (class prices per person vary depending on the type of art you want to do). We have a wide variety of arts and crafts created by the owner, for sale in our Art Lounge. We also display and sell unique, handmade art from a variety of local artists. Everything sold in our store is created with love! Buy art from us and you are supporting your local community instead of something made by a factory.

How did you come up with the name, Dazed & Reused?
The owner’s daughter came up with the name! It was a play on words from the movie, Dazed and Confused, which is also a phrase commonly used in our culture. We were a store about being creative and letting your inner dreamer flow, plus we salvage and resell clothing, so we felt the name fit. Plus, it has a certain ring to it!
What kind of store are you?
We are a little bit of all our dreams, thrown into one fun and creative place!
We love art, so we make it and sell it!
We love to teach, so we teach others how to make art!
We love to salvage unique clothing that doesn’t deserve to be thrown away, so we resell clothing!
We love to inspire others, so we make a space that uplifts you and wows you just by walking in the doors!
Do you host private art events?
Yes, absolutely! We teach private classes inside our studio or we can travel to you. We also can host corporate or team-building events. We can even teach private classes online, and you can have your own, customized colors shipped to you or prepared for curbside pickup!
